One sunny afternoon, Susan was walking down the road when she heard a dog barking loudly. She followed the sound and found a cute dog named Scoob, with large ears and an emotional face, barking near a storm drain.

As Susan went closer to Scoob, she noticed a dark brown cat with big eyes, named Pixie, stuck in the storm drain. The poor cat looked scared and was crying for help. Susan knew she had to do something to help the distressed cat.

Quickly, Susan ran back home and grabbed a screwdriver to unscrew the top of the drain. Then, she fetched a crowbar to lift the heavy storm drain lid. With determination, she managed to open the drain and reached out to the frightened cat.

The cat, finally free, came out of the drain and Susan gave it a can of fish to eat. The cat happily munched on the fish and purred with contentment. Seeing the cat safe and happy, Scoob wagged his tail, and Susan smiled. The three of them ended up having a fun time together, grateful for the happy ending.
