Once upon a time, there was a man named Noah. He was a kind and righteous man who loved all living creatures. One day, God spoke to Noah and told him that He was going to bring a great flood upon the earth to cleanse it of evil.
Noah listened to God's words and knew he had to do something to save the animals and his family. So, he started building a huge ark out of gopher wood. It took him many months to complete, but he worked tirelessly, knowing that it was his duty to protect the creatures of the earth.
As the ark neared completion, Noah received another message from God. He was to gather two of every kind of animal, male and female, and bring them into the ark. Noah followed God's instructions and soon animals of all shapes and sizes started arriving at the ark.
Once all the animals were safely aboard the ark, Noah and his family sealed the doors. Suddenly, dark clouds filled the sky, and rain started pouring down. It rained and rained, day and night, for forty days and forty nights. The whole earth was covered in water.
Inside the ark, Noah and his family took care of the animals. They made sure each creature had enough food and water. The ark became a bustling place, filled with the sounds of animals and the laughter of Noah's children. They were safe and protected from the raging flood outside.
After forty days and forty nights, the rain finally stopped. Noah sent out a dove to see if the waters had receded. The dove returned with an olive branch, a sign that the flood was subsiding. Noah and his family rejoiced, knowing that soon they would be able to step onto dry land again.
When the waters completely receded, Noah and his family left the ark and set foot on the newly formed land. God appeared to Noah and made a promise. He placed a beautiful rainbow in the sky as a sign of His covenant, promising never to bring such a devastating flood upon the earth again.
Noah and his family thanked God for saving them and the animals. They knew they had been given a second chance to care for the earth and all its creatures. From that day forward, Noah and his descendants lived in harmony with nature, cherishing the beauty and diversity of the world.
