It was a bright and sunny day. Dina was playing in the garden. She had a big plate of yummy dates. Dina loved dates, but she remembered something important. Her mama always said, 'Sharing is a good thing.'
Dina thought about what Mama had taught her. 'When you share, you make others happy,' she said. Dina wanted to make someone happy today. She looked around and saw her little brother, Omar. He was busy playing with his toy.
Omar was having fun with his toy. But Dina noticed something. Omar looked a little hungry. Dina had an idea. She decided to share her dates with him.
Dina walked over to Omar with a smile. 'Omar, would you like some dates?' she asked. Omar looked up and his eyes lit up. 'Yes, please!' he replied happily. Dina was glad to share.
Dina gave Omar a few dates from her plate. Omar giggled with joy. 'Thank you, Dina!' he said. Dina felt a warm feeling inside. Sharing was nice.
Mama saw what Dina did. She smiled at her proudly. 'You did a kind thing, Dina,' she said. 'Allah loves those who share.' Dina felt proud of herself.
Dina learned something important that day. Sharing made her heart feel warm. Omar was happy, and so was she. DIina promised herself to share more often. It was a wonderful feeling.
Dina realized that sharing is a gift. It brings joy to others and to herself. From that day on, Dina loved to share. He knew it made the world a better place. And that made her smile.
