Sewit looking worried, standing in the doorway of a small house with an orange sunset sky in the background
In a small village, Sewit and Luwam loved playing with their little brother, Kudus. Kudus was always curious and often wandered off on his own adventures. One evening, as the sun set and the sky turned orange, Sewit noticed Kudus was missing. She looked around their small house and yard, but he was nowhere to be found. Sewit called out to Luwam, "Luwam, Kudus is gone again!" Luwam, who was busy reading a book, looked up worriedly. "Oh no! It’s getting dark. Let’s take the lantern and find him," she replied.
Luwam holding a lantern, looking nervous at the edge of a dark forest
With a lantern in hand, the sisters began their search around the village. They asked everyone they met if they had seen Kudus, but no one had. Sewit was determined and said, "He must be in the woods. We have to go!" Luwam felt a shiver run down her spine, "The woods are scary at night," she said nervously. Sewit reassured her sister, "Don’t worry. We’ll stay together." They gathered their courage and headed towards the edge of the village. The path to the woods was dimly lit, and the sisters walked hand in hand.
A dark forest with twisted trees and strange shadows, a small lantern light visible in the distance
The sisters held the lantern tightly as they entered the dark forest. The trees swayed gently, and strange sounds filled the air, making them jump. They called out for Kudus, their voices echoing through the trees. "Kudus, where are you?" Sewit shouted. But there was no response, only the rustling of leaves. Luwam whispered, "I hope he’s okay." Sewit nodded, "We’ll find him, don’t worry." The lantern cast a warm glow, guiding their steps deeper into the woods.
Kudus sitting under a big tree, holding a faintly glowing rock, with a look of wonder on his face
Suddenly, Luwam pointed excitedly, "Look! Over there!" Under a big tree, they saw a faint glow. As they got closer, they found Kudus sitting on the ground. He was holding a shiny rock that glowed faintly in the darkness. Sewit breathed a sigh of relief, "Kudus! We’ve been looking everywhere for you." Kudus looked up with wide eyes, "I saw this glowing rock and wanted to follow it." Luwam knelt down beside him, "You scared us! Don’t run away like that again." Kudus nodded, realizing he had worried his sisters.
Sewit hugging Kudus tightly, with a relieved expression on her face
Sewit hugged Kudus tightly, "We love you, Kudus. You should always tell us where you’re going." Kudus looked down at the glowing rock, "I didn’t think you’d miss me." Luwam smiled softly, "Of course we’d miss you. We’re a team, and we’re stronger when we stick together." Kudus looked up, feeling the warmth of his sisters’ love. "I’m sorry," he said quietly. Sewit ruffled his hair, "It’s okay, as long as you’re safe." Kudus promised, "I won’t wander off alone again." The bond between them felt stronger than ever.
Three silhouettes walking hand in hand through a forest, with a lantern light illuminating their path
The three of them held hands and began their journey back home. The lantern lit their path, casting long shadows on the forest floor. Kudus held the glowing rock tightly, feeling its warmth. Luwam and Sewit talked about the adventure they had just had. "We’ll have to tell Mom and Dad about the glowing rock," Sewit said. Luwam nodded, "They’ll be so relieved to see you safe, Kudus." Kudus smiled, feeling grateful for his caring sisters. The forest no longer seemed as scary with them by his side.
A small village house with warm light coming from the windows, and anxious parents standing at the door
As they reached the edge of the village, the lights of their home came into view. Their parents were waiting anxiously at the door. "There you are!" their mother exclaimed, rushing to hug them. Their father smiled, "We were worried sick." Kudus showed them the glowing rock, "I found this in the woods!" His parents listened to the story of their adventure with amazement. "We’re just glad you’re all safe," their mother said warmly. The family gathered inside, grateful to be reunited.

That night, as they sat by the fire, Kudus placed the glowing rock on the table. It cast a soft light, reminding them of their adventure. "This will always remind us to stay together," Luwam said. Sewit nodded, "And to always look out for each other." Kudus added, "And to never wander off alone." They all laughed, feeling the warmth of family and love. As they went to bed, Kudus whispered, "Thank you for finding me." Sewit and Luwam smiled, knowing they would always be there for each other.
