Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Benny. Benny had a big smile, but sometimes, his teeth felt a little dirty. Benny’s mommy told him, “To keep your teeth shiny and clean, you must brush them every morning and every night!” Benny was curious and wanted to learn how to brush his teeth properly.

Benny ran to the bathroom and grabbed his favorite toothbrush. It had blue stripes and soft bristles. He put a little bit of toothpaste on his brush. “Just a pea-sized amount!” Mommy said. Benny loved the minty smell!

Benny started brushing. He moved his toothbrush in small circles. “Brush the front, brush the back, don’t forget the sides!” He brushed for two whole minutes. He even sang a silly song to make the time go faster. “Brush, brush, brush my teeth, so they’re shiny, bright, and neat!”

When he was done, Benny spit the toothpaste into the sink. Then, he rinsed his mouth with water. “Look, Mommy!” Benny said. His teeth were sparkling clean. “Great job, Benny!” she said. “Now you’ll have a healthy, happy smile.” Benny smiled in the mirror, feeling proud and happy. From that day on, Benny brushed his teeth every morning and every night. He knew that brushing his teeth kept them strong and healthy, just like a superhero!
